Meat gets a nice crispy crust by frying in these pans. The Forged Frying Pan from the Forged Essentials series is made of 3 mm thick carbon steel, hand-forged and suitable for all hobs including induction, oven, open flame and BBQ. Durable and PFAS-free, with a natural self-created coating, which we also call ‘’seasoning‘’. This creates a kind of natural non-stick coating and prevents rust in many cases. Should your product rust a bit, no problem, just maintain it with the Forged maintenance kit and it will be like new again. This pan will last a lifetime. We have two types of pans in our range, namely with one handle and with two handles. Both types are available in both ø24 and ø28 cm.
